Training

We provide training right at the top, where we train in Governance, Strategic Management, Project Management and Risk Assessment.  

 

We train middle managers in utilising dashboards to enhance effective performance management, GRAP training, Financial and management accounting, calculating cost of service delivery, budget preparation and many more.

 

We train staff on bank recons, debt collection, asset management, GRAP 17 compliant asset registers, and many more!

We have an array of consultants available in every single field of local government service delivery.  It includes retired municipal managers, retired senior staff of the Auditor-general, Engineers, Cost accountants, SAPS specialists, Internal Auditors, Chartered Accountants and Grap specialists.

 

Our services include inhouse, co-sourced and outsourced consultancy services. 

We provide an on-line assistance program where we can deal with issues on a electronic media basis.  But the best feature will be the availability of online tutoring, testing and competency evaluations.

 

Students will be able to study towards certificates and diplomas at a recognised University,and a blended versions of realtime and online training will be provided.
